The Lizard (Dr. Curt Connors) is a scientist and former ally of Spider-Man who injected himself with a reptile serum hoping to regenerate his missing arm, instead transforming into a monstrous lizard creature. Rhys Ifans portrayed him as the main villain in The Amazing Spider-Man (2012). He made a brief appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).
