Longshot from Hasbro's Marvel Legends line (Modern Era), released circa 2002–2025.
Hasbro's crown jewel collector line — BAF pieces, comic-accurate decos, and a release cadence tied to MCU film cycles that makes wave timing as important as the figure itself.
A supernaturally lucky artificial humanoid from a dimension ruled by a television mogul. Longshot first appeared in a six-issue limited series in 1985, created by Ann Nocenti and Arthur Adams in one of the most visually distinctive debuts in X-Men adjacent comics. He originates from the Mojoverse — a parallel dimension ruled by the grotesque media baron Mojo, who broadcasts the violence and suffering of genetically engineered slaves for entertainment. Longshot was built as a gladiatorial slave and escaped to Earth. His hollow bones make him extremely light and his uncanny luck power activates when his intentions are pure — it fails or reverses when he acts selfishly. He joined the X-Men in 1986 and remained a member through the Outback era. His connection to Dazzler and the complex Mojoverse mythology made him one of the stranger long-term X-Men members.
