Major Bludd Version 1 (1983) — the cybernetic arm-wearing mercenary — is one of the earliest GI Joe villain figures and a fixture of any vintage Cobra display; his mercenary-who-writes-terrible-poetry characterization in the Sunbow series gave him unusual narrative comedic presence for a villain character, and the 1983 figure's robotic right arm was one of the earliest character-specific sculpted accessories in the line.
