Doctor Octopus (Otto Octavius) is a brilliant scientist whose accident bonded four mechanical tentacle arms to his body. One of Spider-Man's greatest enemies, he led the Sinister Six and later briefly took over Peter Parker's body in the 'Superior Spider-Man' storyline. Alfred Molina portrayed him in Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).
