Hordak is the tyrannical ruler of the Evil Horde and the primary villain of the Princess of Power / She-Ra animated series. He was once Skeletor's master, making him a connecting figure between the two main MOTU villain factions. His distinctive technological look — part organic, part machine — differentiates him from Skeletor's more sorcery-based aesthetic.
