Captain of the Royal Guard, Teela carries her 1982 snake-armor-and-headdress look almost unchanged into Wave 1 of Masters of the Universe Origins alongside Skeletor in 2020. A maroon snake-head staff, the Staff of Ka, and a spiked round shield pair with removable serpent armor at 5.5 inches, the staff's shaft thickened slightly for the figure's wider hands.

The nostalgia-coded MOTU return — 5.5-inch vintage proportions with modern articulation added under the hood. Origins deliberately echoes the 1982 line while delivering enough movement for posing.
Teela is the Captain of the Royal Guard at Castle Grayskull and He-Man's primary female ally. She is actually the magical clone and daughter of the Sorceress. A founding member of the original 1982 toy line, she was one of the few female figures in the Masters of the Universe line and had a prominent role in the Filmation series.
