Skeletor's original Mattel MOTU figure (1982) — with the blue-skin, yellow skull face, and Havoc Staff — is among the five most recognized action figure designs of the 1980s; as He-Man's primary villain he appeared in every Masters of the Universe sub-line across four decades, and the Super7 Masters of the Universe Ultimates Skeletor and Masterverse versions represent the current premium collecting tier alongside the highly sought original vintage '82 figure.
