Roddy Piper was one of wrestling's greatest heels — a Scottish-Canadian brawler with a kilt, bagpipes, and a vicious unpredictable character. His feud with Hulk Hogan in the early 1980s helped establish WrestleMania, and his talk show segment 'Piper's Pit' was a staple of WWF programming. He later starred in John Carpenter's They Live (1988).
