CM Punk wears the black-and-gray Summer of Punk gear from WWE Money in the Bank on July 17, 2011 at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, just outside his hometown of Chicago, the night his real WWE contract expired mid-match against John Cena. Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis worked ringside for a finish that never landed: Cena knocked out Laurinaitis, Punk hit the Go To Sleep for the pin and the title, then dodged a Money in the Bank cash-in from Alberto Del Rio and fled through the crowd with the belt as the clock ran out on his deal.
