Owens powerbombed Zayn five times through the match's closing stretch, and the referee stopped the bout on Zayn's condition, handing Owens the title and ending Zayn's reign. The match is remembered as one of NXT TakeOver's most significant, the spark that lit the Zayn-Owens rivalry.
