The all-black SWAT gear Big Boss Man debuted returning to the WWF on the October 12, 1998 episode of Raw Is War, freshly arrived from WCW and dropped straight into Vince McMahon's Attitude Era corner, is what this Elite 47 figure wears, right down to the vest, gloves, aviator sunglasses, handcuffs, removable mask, and baton. The cop gimmick was gone, replaced by a hired-muscle enforcer built to lean on Stone Cold Steve Austin and, later, D-Generation X. Mattel's packaging bio card dates the attire to that October 1998 return.

Big Boss Man (Ray Traylor) portrayed a corrupt Southern prison guard character that became one of the most recognizable personas of the late 1980s and early 1990s. He held the Hardcore Championship and was known for his nightstick and hard-hitting style. He is a WWE Hall of Famer.
