Jack Swagger won that match and later cashed in for the World Heavyweight Championship. MVP wasn't WWE United States Champion that night; The Miz held the belt, having beaten him at both Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber earlier that year, so the belt packed with this figure reflects ring gear rather than an active reign. MVP was released by WWE that December.
