Hasbro revealed the figure at its February 2017 Fan Media Event and shipped it as a Target-exclusive Black Series 6-inch release that March at $19.99, reusing the Toys R Us AT-AT Tank Driver body under a freshly repainted, orange-accented Scarif Stormtrooper-style helmet built to mark him as cargo-transport crew rather than a standard walker pilot.
