Chavo Guerrero is depicted mid-Scramble at WWE Unforgiven, Sept. 7, 2008, at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, one of five men chasing Mark Henry's ECW Championship under a 20-minute time limit alongside Matt Hardy, The Miz, and Finlay. Guerrero splashed Hardy for an early pinfall that briefly made him interim champion, only for Hardy to answer with a Side Effect and hold the lead until time expired, walking out ECW Champion. The figure wears Guerrero's ECW-era ring gear from that night and includes a shirt/poncho accessory piece.
