Bib Fortuna is Jabba the Hutt's Twi'lek majordomo — the pale-skinned, lekku-headtailed alien who manages Jabba's palace operations and serves as his chamberlain. The 1983 Kenner Bib Fortuna is a vintage ROTJ collecting staple. His appearance at the end of The Mandalorian Season 2 — now a bloated Daimyo himself after Jabba's death — was a memorable cameo. The character's design with his twin brain-tails (lekku) is one of ROTJ's most distinctive alien designs.
