He's still hunting Autobot fugitives on 1987 Earth, this time armed with a single arm-mounted drum-magazine blaster in place of the Bell Helicopter release's twin weapons; Hasbro later folded the figure into a Buzzworthy Bumblebee two-pack alongside Bumblebee.
