Silent in his monochrome face paint and removable black trench jacket, carrying his signature baseball bat, he distracted Seth Rollins long enough for John Cena to steal a roll-up win over Big Show, Kane, and Rollins in that night's handicap main event, restoring the jobs of Dolph Ziggler, Ryback, and Erick Rowan and igniting the Sting-Triple H feud that ran through WrestleMania 31.

Sting (Steve Borden) is the iconic face of WCW who never signed with WWE, making him one of the last major stars loyal to the WCW brand until it folded in 2001. Known for two distinct looks — the colorful surfer Sting of the late 1980s and the dark Crow-inspired Sting of the late 1990s — he finally appeared in WWE in 2014 and later joined AEW.
