Rusev jumped Reigns before the bell, still seething over the cake incident that humiliated his fiancee Lana, and Reigns no-sold the ambush before unloading with a Spear that got the segment called off entirely. The two settled the score for real at Clash of Champions later that year, where Reigns took the title.
