Lando Calrissian is the Baron Administrator of Cloud City in The Empire Strikes Back (1980), played by Billy Dee Williams — one of the most charismatic characters in the original Star Wars trilogy. The 1980 Kenner Lando figure is a vintage collecting priority. His cape and silver-blue outfit are among the vintage line's most elegant costume designs.
